Well all good things must come to an end- do they say! As day broke through the drizzle on Friday January 31st, we packed up the Ballard minibus and waved off our Italian students.
Last minute passport and luggage checks, hugs and fond farewells complete and they disappeared off Gatwick-bound with trusty driver Emma at the helm. The irony of course was not lost on us as by 11pm that evening, the U.K. would have left the European Union after 47 years of membership. How does it go? So long, farewell...
