From tiny acorns, Erasmus + Better Together hopes to grow into a mighty oak...
We hope to meet the objectives of our project and that is to bring young and older people together in communities so that they interact more, share their ideas, views and skills and make positive change!
In New Milton Hampshire (England) we are trying to do this through our KA229 Better Together project: we have set up a Silver Surfers Digital Club to provide computer instruction and advice in a community setting (our school); we want to encourage older members of our local community to enjoy the benefits of digital communication and our young people- in the form of digital ambassadors- are helping them to achieve this in a welcoming setting!
Our next Silver Surfer meet will be at 2.30pm on November 26th at Ballard School with free hot drinks and refreshments to keep us all refreshed!
